.:My 4 Months Little Boy:.

Time flies, the world is going round and round.. Farees is now entering the 4 months stage. Alhamdulillah, up to this stage I am very thankful and grateful for the blessed He gave me to raise my son of my own, to breastfeed him with everyday fresh breastmilk (not the frozen EBM), and what is also important is together with my beloved husband, though he was very busy lately :( But at least I know I have him around whenever I wake up every morning. I don't want to live like in the few past years when we were only contacted by phone, over the South China Sea you know. Huhuhu... So sad!!!

Back to Farees, seeing him growing is the most precious time in my life. I never thought I will have this chance (as a 'temporary' fulltime housewife) to take care of my son and also my husband, myself! In fact, I was prepared myself to seek a job after my 100days confinement. But thanks to my lovely husband who really understand the needs of our son to get an exclusive breastfeeding for at least until he is 6 months old. Seems it gonna be longer. Hahaha...

Just a short notes of what he has done for the past three months, so far..

1. More manageable sleeping pattern.
This is good for me cuz you don't keep me up at night anymore. Eventhough sometimes you finds some difficulty to get sleep early (up to 1am), but you never wake me up at the middle of the night. You normally sleep at 10pm-11pm, then only wake up at 5am. I can straight performs the Subuh prayer after give you a healthy breakfast.

2. Begin to interact with multicolors toys and colors
I bought few colourful toys when you were 3 months old. I thought you are a kind of baby who doesn't care with toys (like his father) but baby is still a baby. Few days later, he can build an interaction with those colourful toys and even play with them alone. Now you know what are those stuffs are.

3. Able to recognize Mummy and Daddy
Seriously I am very happy when you have clear recognition of me now. When you hear my voice, you will look directly at me and start gurgling or trying to talk back, even when you are with daddy.

4. Love to listen to Nursery Rhymes
Namely 'Twinkle Twinkle Little Star' (your very feveret song esp to sleep), 'Baa Baa Black Sheep', 'Little Jack Horner', 'London Bridge is Falling Down', 'McDonald Had a Farm', 'Billy Boy', 'The Muffin Man', 'Babylon', 'Mocking bird', Three Little Kittens', 'Song of Six Pence', 'Row Row a Boat' and 'If You Happy and You Know It' (this song can make you big laugh)...

5. Start to have a hobby - Watching TV
Like daddy like son or like son like daddy? Never mind, as long as both of you don't disturb my online hour. We do have different like and don't like. Hahaha. Me not interested in watching TV, and daddy is not interested in online. So goodlah kan, you share the same interest with daddy and both of you- plz don't disturb my breaking hours. Haha!

6. Babble and bubble
You have developed your own language. Baaa- Maa- Buuhh -Aaaaa -Uuuhhh -Ehhhh.Definitely we can't understand but using our sixth sense, we think we understand what you're saying. Haha! And you're trying very hard to teach us your first language. Ok! Ok! We learn and we follow! And not to forget, you babbling with bubbles.. Huhu! Geram sihhh...

7. Get attracted to colors
Any colours can attracts you especially with one that look contrast; ie black and white colours. You are always trying to differentiate the colors no matter where; on the wall, my shirts, everywhere!

8. Response to loud sound
From TV, of course! Also from our voice. Eventhough you are sleeping, you will open your tiny eyes a lil bit when daddy's back home. Cuz daddy will look after you and kiss you before me everytime he come back from office. Uuurgghhh, so jeles OK!!!

9. Thumb sucking
Uhhh-aarhhh, as I mentioned in earlier post, this habit become more frequent. But thanx for the mittens that has helped me a lots. So mums out there, put on his mittens to stop his thumb sucking. And it works for my son. Hehe!

10. Social development
You really enjoyed meeting and greet people, especially those who are strangers for the first time. Believe it or not, he was sooooooooo much quiet during the first to second months yet is very friendly now. And start to babbling and telling how much you feel bored staying at home with me kan? Anybody, juz give your hand and he'll follow. Beware, son!
