.:Calming His Crying:.

Baby grows with different attitudes almost everyday. So that I have to try different methods everytime and everyday to calm his crying. Farees often cries since he fell down from the bed last 2 days. I have made him feel scared and unsecure to be put on the bed, alone. Eventough I was not even a meter from the bed, he keeps on crying everytime he's on bed. Did he feel unsecure with the bed? I'm so sorry for that. Fuhh! I have to get him sleeps before I can put him on bed. But when he wakes up, he cries so bad and loud with tears wetting his face. And also with his pity face. Hehehe!

I have to swaddle him securely in a blanket so that he won't flail but sometimes he struggle very hard to get himself free. I can accept that but please stop yelling! Things I did to calm his crying is letting him with him thumb sucking. He will stop crying, rather than offering the nipple when he was at the top of crying. If it doesn't work, I will try with infant carrier which can also be infant swings. He feels comfortable in it and very easily to fall asleep. When shushing sounds doesn't work, I sing few nursery rhymes. The most he likes is 'Twinkle twinkle little tr'. Sometimes he loves nursery rhymes, but sometimes he cries more louder when I start singing. Hahaha. Regardless my not-so-sweet-voice, he doesnt want to listen to the nursery rhymes pon. Put him up is another thing to do to stop him crying but it requires a lot of my energy to hold him up. Penatlah! eventhough he laughs happily afterthen. What else to do? Mummies know better.
